Q. What are your preferred methods of communication with clients, and are phone calls an option?

Primarily, I correspond with my clients through email and WhatsApp. Nevertheless, should you prefer to have a call, I would be more than delighted to accommodate your request.

Q. What unique approach or design philosophy do you bring to your work that sets you apart from other designers in the industry?

I have an  ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and generate designs.
This skill, combined with my creativity and attention to detail, allows me to produce designs that meet the unique needs and requirements of each client, while attracting and engaging their target audience.

    As a professional graphic design service provider, my design process typically involves the following steps:

  1. Consultation: I begin by consulting with the client to determine their specific design needs and preferences.

  2. Research: Next, I conduct thorough research to gain a better understanding of the industry, target audience, and competition.

  3. Concept Development: Using the information gathered during the consultation and research phases, I develop several design concepts that align with the client's goals and vision.

  5. Refinement: I refine the design until the client is completely satisfied with the final product.

  6. Delivery: Finally, I deliver the final design in the preferred format(s) and provide any necessary support to ensure that the client is able to use the design effectively.

Q. Do you work with your clients remotely?

Yes, I am equipped to work with clients remotely. In fact, many of my clients are located in different parts of the world, and I use various online communication tools to collaborate with them.
By working remotely, I am able to offer flexible working hours that can accommodate clients in different time zones, and I am able to deliver design projects on time, every time.

Q. What file formats do you provide for the final design?

  1. Raster Files: I provide raster files in formats such as PNG, JPEG, and TIFF. These files are suitable for designs that do not need to be scaled up or down and are typically used for web or digital applications.

  2. Print-Ready Files: I provide print-ready files in formats such as PDF or Adobe InDesign (INDD). These files are designed specifically for printing and include proper bleed and crop marks.
     

       Overall, I ensure that the final design files are delivered in the appropriate formats to ensure that they can be used           effectively across various mediums, whether it is digital or print.

Q. Do you do printing?

As a graphic designer, I specialize in creating digital designs, and I do not typically handle printing services.

Q. Do you do small projects?

Yes, We are happy to work on small projects too. Size of project don’t matter as we mainly focus on serving our clients with their satisfaction. Contact Us to discuss your project.

Q. Validity of project?

The validity of Project remains for 30 days once the order placed, post 30 days it would count as a new project. Therefore, we look forward to the possibility of working with you again on future projects, as every endpoint represents a new starting point in our professional relationship.

Q. Can I update the website myself once it’s built?

We strongly encourage our clients to keep their website content up-to-date after it is built, as this is crucial for maintaining online visibility and attracting new visitors to the site. By updating the website with fresh and relevant content regularly, you can keep your audience engaged and establish yourself as an authoritative source in your industry.

Q. What is the difference between CMS, DNS, hosting, FTP?

  • DNS – Domain Name System. It connects your domain name and web host IP address to make your website live
     

  • Hosting – Hosting is the location of all your website files. The hosting provider allocates space for your files on a server
     

  • FTP – File Transfer Protocol is the method of accessing and transferring files between computers. FTP offers secure and encrypted transfers by preventing your files from unauthorized access
     

  • CMS – CMS is the platform where your website is built. CMS helps in managing your website content and also allows you to add users to your website with their respective access levels

Q. I already have a domain name, can I use this for my website?

That sounds great. If you already have one and that suits your business, we can very well proceed with it.
